Jr and Int Rocks Get New GMs

The executive of the Junior Shamrocks Lacrosse Association would like to announce the appointment of the new General Managers for both the Intermediate and Junior Shamrocks Teams. 

Effective immediately Tim Dennett will be the General Manager of the Junior Shamrocks and Wade Murray will be the General Manager of the Intermediate Shamrocks. 

Wade Murray

Wade is an experienced coach in both Box Lacrosse and Field lacrosse coach, and has coached in the Peninsula Lacrosse Association for the past 10 years and with Pacific Rim Lacrosse for the past 3 years. 

He was the Head Coach for the 2015 Midget B Peninsula team that won the league banner and worked hard for a bronze medal at Provincial Championships. 

In 2014 he was the head coach for a field lacrosse team that went 14-1 during the regular season. 

He is currently serving on the Peninsula Executive. 

Tim Dennett 

Tim has played and been involved in lacrosse since he was four years old. 

The past two years Tim has been the Head Coach of the Intermediate Shamrocks where he won a silver medal in 2014 and gold in 2015. 

Tim has also been a referee at the highest level in BC and all these factors combine to make him an excellent choice to lead the Junior Team. 

Both Tim and Wade will be hard at it over the next couple of weeks determining their coaching staff.
